Ingredients Amount
Mash boneless flat fish- 150gm
Chopped onion- 15gm
Chopped garlic- 5gm
Turmeric- 2gm
Cumin powder- 3gm
Oregano- 2 gm
Cashew nuts- 15gm
Raisin – 15gm
Thyme – 1/2 tsp
Green chilli- 2 no
Carrots 8 no
Chop coriander leaves- 10gm
Curry powder- 5 gm
Oil - for fry
Salt & peppers- to taste
METHODS:
• Heat oil, add chopped onion, garlic.
• Then add all ingredients without fish one by one & cook well.
• Then add fish & keep aside.
• Cut carrots baton size like 3’ long wide ½ ’’ bind prepared fish with carrots stick and another side is free. Fish shape will be cutlet size.
• Fry fish till golden clour.
• Then dip fish into batter and fry again like golden clour.
• Arrange nicely serve with Jafrani Pharata and Pineapple sauce.
Batter:

Flour 150
Egg 1 no
Yeast 3 gm
Sugar 5 gm
Salt tt
Method:
• Heat milk add yeast add all remaining ingredients and make a dropping consistency batter.
Pineapple sauce:
Ingredients Amount
Oil- 30gm
Ginger paste- 5gm
Garlic paste- 5gm
Chop onion- 20gm
Cumin powder- 3gm
Cinnamon powder- 2gm
Curd – 30ml
Cream – 15ml
Coconut milk- 20ml
Pineapple juice – 10ml
Sugar – 1tsp
Salt – to taste
LP sauce – few drop
METHODS:
• Heat oil and then add chop onion, garlic, ginger, salt.
• Then add cumin cinnamon, curd, &cook 5min.
• Add coconut milk, sugar & again cook 5min.
• Add pineapple juice
• Finally add cream.
