Mogli Pakora Curry

Mogli Pakora Curry
For Pakora

Ingredients Amount

Carrots 50 gm
Potato 50 gm
Onion 50 gm
Banana 50 gm
Beans 50 gm
Cashew nut 50 gm
Lentil 20 gm
Garlic 10 gm
Ginger 10 gm
Cumin powder 3 gm
Chopped chili 1 no
Egg 2 no
Salt to taste
Basan 20 gm
Oil as required

Methods:

 Chopped all ingredients and mix with Cumin powder, Chopped chili, Egg and salt.
 Make a ball shape and deep fry and keep aside.
Curry:
Carrots paste 30 gm
Onion paste 20 gm
Ginger paste 5 gm
Garlic paste 5 gm
Lentil paste 10 gm
Milk 100 ml
Egg 2 no
Coriander leaves 3 bunch.
Coriander powder 5 gm
Cumin 3 gm
Red chilli 2 gm
Hot spice 2 gm
Salt to taste


Methods:
 Heat oil add ginger, garlic paste add onion paste, Carrots paste, Lentil paste.
 Add Cumin, Coriander powder, Red chili, turmeric powder.
 Add milk and cook till curry become thick.
 Add hot spice.
 Add pakora, add chopped coriander and egg.
 Remove from heat serve with coriander nan.
