Nargisi Malai Kofta Curry

Nargisi Malai Kofta Curry
For Euro Nargisi kofta

Ingredients Amount

Fish minced 500gm
Chopped onion 50 gm
Chopped garlic 10 gm
Chopped ginger 10 go
Chopped Raisin 50 gm
Chopped Coriander leaves 10 gm
Chopped Green chilli 1 no
Cumin powder 3 gm
Quail eggs 12 no
Mash lentil 30 ml
Paper a pinch
Salt to test
Canola oil as required

Method

 Boil Quail egg and shell out.
 Mix all ingredients in a bowl and cover each egg to mash kima and make it oval shape.
 Keep the oval shaped egg to a thali.
 Heat oil and deep fry and keep aside.

For Curry

Ingredients Amount

Onion paste 80 gm
Garlic paste 10 gm
Ginger paste 10 gm
Cumin power 3 gm
Coconut cream 60 ml
Curd/ milk 60 ml
Saffron a few
Mango/ orange juice 50 ml
Canola oil 50 ml

Methods:

 Heat oil add ginger, garlic and onion paste.
 Add cumin powder and cook oil comes out.
 Add coconut cream, curd and cook some time.
 Add saffron milk.
 Add all oval shaped kofta and cook some time.
 Add mango juice and served with Orange Pratha.
