Fish poach

Fish poach

Ingredients Amount

Fish fillet 4 no
Carrots chopped 20 gm
Onion chopped 20 gm
Broccoli 20 gm
Parmesan cheese 50 gm
Fish chopped 30 gm
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Method:

 Mix all ingredients and stuff in to fish filet
 Roll fish into foil paper and poached.


Sauce for fish.
Flour 15 gm
Butter 15 gm
Fish stock 1 liter
Cream 60 gm
Egg 2 no
Lemon few
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Method:

 Heat butter in a pan add flour cook till light brown colour.
 Add cold stock and cook add cream and egg yolks.
 Add lime juice.
 Add poached fish and served with Uttapam.
