CHICKEN TANGRI

Ingredients: Amount
Chicken tangri (Leg) 8 pc.
Mustard pastes 100gm.
Garlic paste 10gm
Ginger pastes 10 gm
Peanut sauce 30 gm
Yoghurt 30ml
Lemon juice 5ml
Hot Spices 2 gm
METHOD :
Select chicken tangri (Leg). Remove the bone and cut into 02 pieces.
Marinate the chicken with all ingredients and keep in a refrigerator for 1-2 hours at last.
Put it into the skewers and cook in the tandoor oven, baste time to time by the mustard oil.
