Salsa Mexican

Salsa Mexican

Ingredients

Tomatoes              2 no

Peppers             1 no

Chopped onion                   1

Crushed cloves of garlic        5 gm

Chilly powder                   3 gm

Olive oil                       20 ml

Dried oregano                   2 gm

Limes                           20 ml

Vinegar                        20 ml

Salt and pepper                 to taste

Method

Place all of the above ingredients into a saucepan and mix together.

Bring to the boil and then cover with a lid, reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Check the seasoning and remove from the heat.

Allow to cool and then serve.
