Cream of Spinach Soup

Cream of Spinach Soup




Ingredients                       Amount

Flour                                        20 gm                  
Butter                                      20 gm
Puree Spinach                         60 ml
Chicken Stock                         600 ml
Milk                                         200 ml
Salt                                          as required
Pepper                                     as required
Cream                                      15 ml



Methods:

Ø  Heat butter in to thick bottom pan.
Ø  Add flour and cook until sandy texture.
Ø  Add cold stock. Simmer 20 minutes very slow.
Ø  Add puree spinach and cook.
Ø  Add milk.
Ø  Add salt and pepper.
Ø  Add cream.
Ø  Served hot garnish with cream.



Note: Chicken stock will simmer 2 hours. Blanch spinach boiling water and drain water and then puree with help of blender.

Cream of pumpkin Soup

For four Portion
Ingredients                                        Amounts
Flour                                                      20 gm
Butter                                                   20 gm
Pumpkin purees                                100 ml
Onion Slice                                           20 gm
Carrots                                                  20 gm
Bay leaf                                                                   4 no                                                                   
Milk                                                       750 ml
Cream                                                   15 ml
Salt and pepper                                to test

Methods:
Add butter in to a thick button pan add flour stair till sandy texture. Add milk.
Add Pumpkin purees, Onion Slice, Slice Carrots, and Bay leaf cook for half hour.
&Add Salt and pepper add cream. Served hot. Garnish with Cream.
     



Chicken Nuggets

Chicken Nuggets
For four Portion
Ingredients                                        Amounts
Chicken mince                                   200gm
Oregano                                              2 gm
WC sauce                                            2-3 drop
Bread crumbs                                    100 gm
Egg                                                         4 no
Pepper                                                 3 gm
Salt                                                         T.T
Fat                                                          for fry
Method:
Ø  Take chicken mince in to a bowl, add Oregano, WC sauce, Pepper and Salt.
Ø  Make a small ball and dip into egg and roll in to breadcrumbs.
Ø  Keep aside and deep fry. 
For innovative or make a change, ginger, garlic, and cashew nut paste can be used.
