JAFRANI PORATA
Ingredients Amount
Flour- 225gm
Gram flour- 120gm
Home made ponir- 60gm
Chopped carrots 30 gm
Coriander leaves- 30gm
Jafran 2 gm
Milk 10 ml
Oil – as required
Salt- as required
Curd- 30ml
Chopped garlic 30 gm
Water- as required
Sugar 5 gm
Methods:
• At first flour, gram flour, salt , sugar, coriander leaves, carrots,
• Oil, ponir, and curd all ingredients are mixing in a bowl.
• Add jafran to hot milk and mix well into dough.
• Then add as quantity water into mixing flour & make smooth dough, keep it refrigerator with plastic cover for 1 hour.
• Remove from refrigerator, divide it equal size.
• Roll into round shape.
• Hit oil into a griddle pan.
• Griddle both side.
• Serve it with JAFRANI PORATA.
