Spice Cookies

Ingredients
Flour 120 gm
Cinnamon 2 gm
Ginger 5 gm
Cloves 2 gm
Baking powder 2 gm
Sugar 120 gm
Salt to taste
Butter 60 gm
Egg 1 no

Methods

Mix flour, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and baking powder. 
Add sugar and butter and mix well, then add beat in the egg. 
Add the dry ingredients mixture, mixing well. 
Divide into two pieces,
Wrap and leave to chill for 1 hour. 
Roll out each dough piece form a large rectangle. 
Cut into 24 small triangles. 
Put cookies on a buttered baking sheet.  Bake in a pre-heated oven (350°F.) for 10 minutes.

Austrian Bread Dumplings

Ingredients:
Bread  4 slice
Butter 20 ml
Egg     1 no
Milk    30 ml
Flour 40 gm
Seasoning to taste
Herbs parsely 1 spring
 Methods:
Fry bread and mix all ingredients very nicely.
Make in to soft dough. And make 12 to 16 small balls. Take rest for ½ an hour.
Put little balls into the boiling salted water or the soup. Poach them for 15 minutes and risen well.
