Bangla Canapé

Bangla Canapé

Ingredients Amount

Grilled Fish 150 gm
Ponir 50 gm
Grapes 20 gm
Canned corn 25 gm
Onion 20 gm
Tomato 30 gm
Red pepper 1 no
Nut 10 gm
Green Pepper 1 no
Honey 10 ml
Mustard oil 30 ml
Mustard crust 10 gm
Cumin 5 gm
Ginger crust 20 gm
Garlic 20 gm
Red chilli 30 gm
Sugar 20 gm
Paprika 5 gm
Garnish with seem seeds.

Methods:

• Mix all ingredients and keep in refrigetor for one hour. Directorate with grated carrots, papaya and lotuses.
• Cut fish large than canapé size covered andalouse, arrange nicely all salad top of the fish.
• Served cold.

Note:

Its is a innovate salad which is like a canapé but canapé are made from bread, here I used fish as an alternative of bread. Fusions are made famous Bengali spices which have good value for health. According my study it should be eaten by hand. Here I put my culinary knowledge and make a fusion recipe for Euro Bangla.
