Cream of pumpkin Soup

Cream of pumpkin Soup

For four Portion
Ingredients                                        Amounts
Flour                                                      20 gm
Butter                                                   20 gm
Pumpkin purees                                100 ml
Onion Slice                                           20 gm
Carrots                                                  20 gm
Bay leaf                                                                   4 no                                                                   
Milk                                                       750 ml
Cream                                                   15 ml
Salt and pepper                                to test

Methods:
Add butter in to a thick button pan add flour stair till sandy texture. Add milk.
Add Pumpkin purees, Onion Slice, Slice Carrots, and Bay leaf cook for half hour.
&Add Salt and pepper add cream. Served hot. Garnish with Cream.
