Chicken Nuggets

Chicken Nuggets
For four Portion
Ingredients                                        Amounts
Chicken mince                                   200gm
Oregano                                              2 gm
WC sauce                                            2-3 drop
Bread crumbs                                    100 gm
Egg                                                         4 no
Pepper                                                 3 gm
Salt                                                         T.T
Fat                                                          for fry
Method:
Ø  Take chicken mince in to a bowl, add Oregano, WC sauce, Pepper and Salt.
Ø  Make a small ball and dip into egg and roll in to breadcrumbs.
Ø  Keep aside and deep fry. 
For innovative or make a change, ginger, garlic, and cashew nut paste can be used.
