Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
Cocoa powder 2cup
Boiling water 4 cups
Butter, softened 2 cup (2 sticks)
Cups sugar 4-1/2
Eggs 8
Flour 4-3/4 cups
Baking soda 3 teaspoons
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoons
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease and dust flour cake pans.
- In a medium bowl, stir the boiling water into the cocoa until smooth, keep aside.
- Take another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, and put aside.
- Cream the butter and sugar with electric mixer,
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beat very well,
- Add the flour mixture to the cocoa mixture, start and ending with the flour mixture.
- Add vanilla and Stir well, and do not over-beat.
- Pour an equal amount of batter into prepared pans.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes .
- Cool in pans set on racks for 10 minutes. overturn pans on racks, remove pans.Simple Chocolate Cake Recipe
