Bangle Paneer
Ingredients Amount
Home made Paneer 500gm
Chopped onion 50 gm
Chopped garlic 10 gm
Chopped ginger 10 go
Chopped Raisin 50 gm
Chopped Coriander leaves 10 gm
Chopped Green chilli 1 no
Chopped cashew nut 50 gm
Chopped carrots 50 gm
Chopped spinach 50 gm
Cumin powder 3 gm
Paper a pinch
Salt to test
Oil as required
Method
Make home made paneer, mix all ingredients, and keep aside.
Cut the paneer in to dice size.
In addition, fry light golden color and keep aside.
For Curry
Ingredients Amount
Onion paste 60 gm
Garlic paste 10 gm
Ginger paste 10 gm
Cumin power 3 gm
Hot spice 2 gm
Curd 60 ml
Add pineapple 100 gm
Oil 50 ml
Methods:
Heat oil add ginger, garlic and onion paste.
Add cumin powder and cook oil comes out.
Add curd and cook some time.
Add all fried paneer cook some time.
Add pineapple and served with Vegetable pilaf
