Kulfi Recipe

How to make Kulfi Recipe

Ingredients

Evaporated milk 450 ml

Milk cream 250 ml

Condensed milk 450 ml

Cardamom powder 5 gm

Pistachio nuts toasted 220 gm

Almonds50 gm gm

Saffron a pinch

Methods:

  • In a bowl, add evaporated milk, milk cream, condensed milk, cardamom, pistachios almonds. Add saffron and stir well.
  • Pour into kulfi molds, Freeze 6 hours.
  • Rinse the molds in warm water and serve frozen.
